Safety Notices & Reminders

Please observe the 20 mph speed limit for everyone's safety. We have several "blind" corners, and our streets are narrow. Let's all do our part to make Morgan Creek living safe and enjoyable for all residents.

Parking overnight in the street is not permitted. Need to park overnight in the street temporarily? Please contact us using the form below to let us know, so you can avoid fines and possibly being towed at the owner's expense.  Additionally, please observe the "No Parking - Fire Lane" signs.

For everyone's safety, please replace exterior lighting with "regular" light bulbs:

• Light next to front door
• Light next to sliding door/deck at rear of home

(!) Please DO NOT attempt to change, align, clean, or do anything with your unit's security light. The high location of the light makes this very dangerous. The light next to the garage door is considered part of the general common elements and will be maintained by the association. Please request service by contact us using the form below.

Do you have cable service at your home? There will be a cord running from your unit to the cable box. Depending on where the cable box is located, this cord may run behind your neighbors' condo.

Please take a moment to check that the cord is properly buried, to avoid eyesores and potential safety hazards. If you find that the cord is not properly buried, please contact your cable company.  The association will not be responsible for any loss if the landscaping company should accidently cut the cable during their mowing.

Remember, the cable company will only respond to requests from those actually paying for the cable service - your neighbors are relying on you to make sure this is not a problem.

For years, residents from surrounding areas accessed the Preserves through what is now Morgan Creek property. They are no longer permitted to do so. Habits are hard to break! "No Trespassing" signs have been installed in the following areas:

• At the end of Concord Drive
• Where Morton Taylor Road ends
• At property line between Morgan Creek and Cherry Grove (condo complex to west of Morgan Creek)

Please measure the length of your dryer vent duct. 

How to measure your dryer vent duct:

• Count each 90-degree elbow as an additional 5 feet.
• Count each 45-degree elbow as an additional 2.5 feet.

Is the length of your dryer vent duct over 25 feet?
If you answered "yes," an inspection is required to make sure the setup is not a fire hazard or code violation. Remember to ask if the installer - the builder - is responsible for changes that need to be made.
