Deck

Please reference Morgan Creek Master Deed, Article IV, Section 2, and Morgan Creek Rules and Regulations. Also refer to the Canton Township Deck Construction Guide for additional information.

Deck Awning

Please reference Morgan Creek Bylaws, Article VI, Section 3, and Morgan Creek Rules and Regulations.

Basement Egress Window

Please have your egress window professionally installed, and make sure to obtain a permit and comply with the township's requirements. Exterior wood on the trim or window must be painted to match the existing trim.

Front Porch Railing

For safety reasons, you may choose to install railing on the front porch steps:
