(!) Important: Any items you have with your condo's construction, particularly if you're still under warranty, must be directed by you to the builder. The Board and A Condominium Mgt Inc  cannot remedy these things. Curtis Builder info is listed in your contract information. If you do not receive satisfaction from the builder, then we suggest you contact the Canton Township Building Department at 734-394-5214.

Canton Homeowners experiencing water and/or sewer backups in their basements are reminded to contact Canton's Public Works Division: 734-394-5150 (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday). After normal hours or weekends, contact Canton's Public Safety Department: 734-394-5400.
