This is the complete informational booklet that all owners and renters must adhere to. If you are the original owner of the condo, you were given a hard copy of the booklet. If you should sell your unit, you must pass this booklet along to the new owner. Should you rent your unit, you must make your tenant aware of this information and are responsible for their compliance with all information contained in it.

This manual details rules and regulations that act as supplement the Morgan Creek By-Laws. With each udpate, a copy is sent to each homeowner and/or resident via USPS (United States Postal Service). The current, and valid, version is dated 06/29/2016. If you have an edition dated earlier than this, please discard and consult this one.
