This is the complete informational booklet that all owners and renters must adhere to. If you are the original owner of the condo, you were given a hard copy of the booklet. If you should sell your unit, you must pass this booklet along to the new owner. Should you rent your unit, you must make your tenant aware of this information and are responsible for their compliance with all information contained in it.
